Vietnam Yellow Capsicum

Capsicums, otherwise known as bell peppers, are medium sized with a squarish globular shape attached to a thick green stem. They have smooth, firm skin that’s glossy and bright. Underneath, its flesh is thick, crisp, and succulent with a hollow cavity that contains small flat seeds and a thin membrane. Capsicums are crunchy and juicy with a fairly sweet flavor. These come in a set of all 3 colours (red, yellow and green).
